We offer a diverse programme of group exercise classes, with a full timetable running each week. Our instructors are chosen for their expertise, passion, and ability to create an enjoyable experience for every participant. Whether you’re joining your first class or you’re a regular, each session is designed to welcome all abilities and help you feel right at home.
Our purpose‑built studio features a high‑quality sound system, air conditioning, and a wooden sprung floor — creating a safe, comfortable environment to move, stretch, and train. Members can book classes up to six days in advance at reception or by phone. We recommend arriving a little early to settle in, check in at reception, and bring water to stay hydrated throughout your class.
